Terms of use.

The Talent Network lets event professionals create a profile, share their CV and documents, and apply for or be considered for freelance work on type A projects. Joining is free. Having a profile, applying for a role or confirming availability does not guarantee that you will be offered work.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the roles you apply for.
• Keep your login details safe and don't share your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One profile per person, please. If you find a duplicate, contact us and we'll merge them.

The information, CVs and documents you provide must be accurate, up to date and yours to share. Please don't upload anything unlawful, misleading, or containing other people's personal data without their permission.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow type A to store, process and use it to run the Talent Network and consider you for work, as described in the privacy policy. AI-generated suggestions on your profile are there to help you, but you are responsible for checking them before confirming.

Any work you do for type A is governed by a separate engagement or contract agreed with you at the time of booking. Details shown on the Talent Network, such as dates, locations or rate guidance, are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Don't try to access data that isn't yours, disrupt the service, scrape it, or use it for anything other than its intended purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from the Account & privacy page. We may also remove inactive profiles, as described in the privacy policy.

We work hard to keep the Talent Network available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, type A is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law that cannot be excluded.
